  • How much does Sonny's cost?

    Plain- $6

    Roasted Garlic Parm- $9

    Caprese- $9

  • How do you make Sonny's?

    Making cream cheese involves heating milk and cream, introducing an acid element and then letting the mixture cure before separating the whey and mixing the remaining curds.

    At Sonny’s we then take the base and ‘finish’ it by creating a richer cream content and adding in fresh, whole ingredients for the Roasted Garlic Parm and Caprese.

  • How long does Sonny's last in the fridge?

    Sonny’s Cream Cheese lasts as long as your average cream cheese, however, the Caprese and Roasted Garlic are best enjoyed fresh as the natural ingredients (tomatoes, basil, garlic) may lose some flavor as time goes on.
